How does online coaching work?

Once I have your information, I can create your training and nutrition plan, and we'll meet virtually to review everything. I'll explain it all to you, and we'll make sure you're confident in starting before you begin.

Your workouts will be available on our premium fitness app 'Trainerize'. When it's time to kick some ass, simply open the app, follow along, dominate your workout, and write in your new personal bests. Can't remember an exercise? No worries! There's an instructional video for every exercise, and you'll often find my tips on how to get the most out of an exercise.

You can message me at any time on Trainerize, and I'll get back to you ASAP. Every week, I'll check in with you to see how the week has progressed, and every month we'll have a longer virtual check-in meeting.

I'll be regularly reviewing your progress and adjusting your training and/ or nutrition as needed.


What does it cost?

Online Coaching is CAD$200/ month (3-month minimum commitment).
- Additional cost for bodybuilding competition prep, inquire within for details.

Coaching includes:

  • Custom Training and Nutrition plans tailored to you and your body.

  • Your progress is closely monitored, and plans are updated as needed to continue progress.

  • Weekly check-ins through our Trainerize app and Monthly video call check-ins keep you accountable and help you stay motivated and on track to reach your goals.

  • Unlimited technique and form video reviews. You're encouraged to send me your exercises so I can check you're lifting safely and are getting the most out of each one.

  • Expert guidance. I'm available to answer any questions you have and I'll help you overcome any obstacle that gets in your way.


Can I pause my coaching?

Yes! Life happens. You can pause your coaching as needed after the initial 3-month commitment.
