How does online coaching work? Are there weekly check-ins?

Good question! Online coaching does include weekly check-ins but let me give you more information below:

- After I have all your details and I create your program we'll meet virtually to go through it so you're confident in moving forward. At this time I'll have you complete some basic movement patterns so I can see how you move and teach you some important training cues. We'll meet virtually like this as needed or requested to discuss more complex topics, see how things are going, discuss any issues, etc.

- Each week (typically on Sat/ Sun) I review all of your completed workouts and food logs (if applicable), making any adjustments as needed. I'll message you on our fitness app Trainerize to check in, see how the week has progressed, and let you know of any major changes to your program.

- Feel free to message me at any time on Trainerize and I'll get back to you ASAP. If it's a topic that needs more explanation, we'll book a virtual meeting to discuss it.

- As this is online, if possible, I recommend recording some of your training so I can give you technique tips and tricks to get the most out of your coaching.

If you decide to pursue coaching I'll be there for you each step of the way to ensure your success.

Of course! Life happens and we are happy to work around your plans.
You may suspend your account as needed after your initial 3-month commitment.
