Is this coaching for beginners or experienced lifters?
Both. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or you've been grinding for years with little to show for it—I’ll meet you where you’re at and get you moving toward your goals, fast.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope. Got a gym? Great. Training at home with bands and a couple dumbbells? Also great. I’ll build your program around whatever you’ve got.
Do I have to count calories?
Not at all. I’ll guide you through the most effective nutrition strategies for you. Counting is powerful—but not mandatory. We’ll find what works best for your lifestyle and goals.
What if I’m super busy?
Perfect. My coaching is built for efficiency. You’ll get a plan that fits your schedule and gives you max results for your effort. No fluff. Just progress.
Can I cancel anytime?
There’s a 3-month minimum commitment because real change takes real time. After that, it’s month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with notice.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
Your plan is built around your body. I’ll work with any injuries or limitations and keep you progressing safely and effectively.
How do I communicate with you?
Weekly check-ins through the Trainerize app, plus a monthly video call. You can also message me anytime with questions, wins, or updates.
Is in-person training available?
Yep! If you're in Vernon, BC and want hands-on coaching, we can train in person. Just let me know when you reach out.
