Who we are.
Tim will be your coach! He's an Aussie-born fitness buff who has been hooked on everything training and nutrition ever since he stepped into a gym as a young lad.
A certified personal trainer, bodybuilding specialist and nutrition coach with ~20 years of experience under the iron. Tim has the real-world know-how to help you reach your fitness goals. He's experienced it himself! From being weak and skinny, to obese and completely out of shape, to a first-place bodybuilder. Tim is a perfect example of "practice what you preach".
Some notable coaching experiences:
- Coached a novice female for a figure bodybuilding competition achieving first place, winning her category.
- Coached a novice female in powerlifting competitions, achieving first place, and setting a national record in bench press while winning best female bench.
- Coached himself for a bodybuilding competition achieving first place in novice and second in open.

What we cost.
Training and nutritional coaching for $200/ month with a 3-month minimum commitment (does not need to be paid upfront).
1-on-1 training sessions (60min) are available at a private studio in Vernon, BC:
1 session = $80
5 sessions = $350 ($70/ session)
10 sessions = $600 ($60/ session)
Bulk 1-on-1 sessions do not need to be paid in full upfront, but they must be paid for before they are used. Sessions are also completely refundable if you decide not to use any or all of your sessions.
