Nutrition

I know counting calories kinda sucks. Real knows real. The problem is, it's the most accurate method of eating we have and delivers impressive and reliable results when performed correctly.

That said, you don't HAVE to count calories... I'm not your real dad. There are plenty of other eating strategies we can employ for you to still progress toward your goals. Rest assured, we will find a style of eating that suits your lifestyle and your goals.

Everybody's nutrition is different, because - we are all different! Each of our bodies is unique and has it's own energy demands. I will calculate what your body requires and we will adjust as your body changes, breaking through any plateaus, crafting a body you didn't think was possible.

Training

Custom training programs tailored to you and your life. Going on vacation and won't have the usual equipment? No problem! No matter what happens, we adjust and continue progressing you toward your goals.

Your workouts are readily available on our premium fitness app 'Trainerize'. When it's time to kick some ass, simply open the app, follow along, dominate your workout, and write in your new personal bests. Can't remember an exercise? No worries! There's an instructional video for every movement and you'll often find my tips on how to get the most out of an exercise.

Who is this man?

I'm Tim, an Aussie with a lifelong passion for lifting weights, bodybuilding, and all things fitness and self-improvement. I'm what the nerds (self-confessed) call a min-maxer; I like to optimize my time and energy spent on getting jacked. I have found what gives the most results for the least amount of effort, and what to dial in if you want more results.

Sure, I could tell you about my Personal Training, Bodybuilding, and Nutrition Certifications. But I'd prefer to tell you about my experience in achieving the body I've always wanted.

It hasn't been easy. I have dealt with yo-yo dieting and the struggles of weight loss and binge eating. I've taken my body through extremes, defeating the unique challenges they each presented - from being weak and skinny, to obese and out of shape, to a class-winning bodybuilder, to now, maintaining a comfortable level of jacked-ness with minimal effort.

  • I coached a novice female bodybuilder for the 2024 WNBF Kelowna Naturals Bodybuilding Competition (Figure division). She won her division & received an invitation to compete at WNBF Worlds.

  • I coached a novice female powerlifter for multiple competitions. She won First Place, Set a National Bench Press Record & Won Female Best Bench Press.

  • I coached myself for the 2018 Natural Vancity Showdown Bodybuilding Competition (Classic Physique division). I won Novice & placed Second in the Open category.
