Who is this man?
I'm Tim- an Aussie with a lifelong passion for lifting, bodybuilding, and pushing myself to be better every day. I'm what the nerds (self-confessed) call a min-maxer: I love optimizing my time and effort to get the best results with the least amount of wasted energy. Over the years, I’ve discovered exactly what works to build a jacked physique with minimal effort—and I want to share that knowledge with you.
Sure, I could list my Personal Training, Bodybuilding, and Nutrition Certifications, but I’d rather tell you about my real-world experience—the kind that’s gotten me the body I’ve always wanted.
It hasn’t been an easy journey. I’ve battled yo-yo dieting, weight loss struggles, and binge eating. I’ve pushed my body through its extremes—from weak and skinny to out of shape and then to a class-winning bodybuilder, and now, maintaining a strong, fit physique with minimal effort.
If you want a coach who practices what he preaches, someone with a lifetime of gym experience and results to back it up—that’s me.
Notable Achievements:
Coached a novice female bodybuilder to victory at the 2024 WNBF Kelowna Naturals Bodybuilding Competition (Figure division), earning an invite to the WNBF Worlds.
Coached a novice female powerlifter to First Place finishes, a National Bench Press Record, and Female Best Bench Press accolades.
Self-coached for the 2018 Natural Vancity Showdown Bodybuilding Competition (Classic Physique division), winning Novice and placing Second in the Open category.
